Sweet Dreams Android App is a convenient way to automatically set filters at night to avoid late night calls. Instead of manually turning down volume or disabling features like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, have the app do it for you based on time periods of the day, location, whether the phone is moved or sound in the room. When taking advantage of these filters and if not charging you can actually save some battery power. Very similar to Locale yet more focused during sleep times.

Usefulness:

Useful to those who regularly need to disconnect and need peace at mind during sleep hours. Great uses are to set Sweet Dreams during typical sleep times. Say you’re a student, you can set it to automatic vibrate or no ring volume when you reach school and during class times.

Ease of Use:

At the bare minimum set your typical sleep times and enable the app. If used regularly you can forget about it as it will automatically work for you in the background.

Frequently Used:

It really depends on your personal level of late night call annoyance levels or difficulty falling asleep issues. Personally I would not use the app as late night calls tend to be emergencies I definitely want to receive. A buddy of mine wouldn’t want the app to disrupt him from receiving a certain late night female’s call (if you get my drift).  :-D
